Aundre Hogue

President/Board Chair

Bio

is a Regional Vice President with Primerica and 20-year veteran in the financial industry. He brings the strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment gained during a successful career guiding the creation and implementation of financial programs for his individual and institutional clients. Mr. Hogue owns and operates financial brokerages in Indianapolis, IN, South Bend, IN and Manhattan, NY. Of all his professional commitments, he most enjoys mentoring at risk youth and teaching financial literacy in the community. Additionally, Mr. Hogue is a member of the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis where he serves on the board and as the Vice President. As a father and husband, he recognizes serving starts with his wife and two daughters. He lives by the philosophy of God first, family second and business third.

Everett Lewis

Treasurer

Bio

Chief, Systems Engineering at Rolls Royce. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Lewis has over 47 years of gas turbine engine development and engineering management experience in aerospace products. He has actively mentored young people since he was twenty five either in church basketball leagues or community based programs. He has served or chaired several committees for the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis including the Financial Literacy program, Technology, Special Events, Robotics and Summer Academy. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board and Finance Chairman. He has been an active Member of “The 100” for Twenty five (25) years. He is a past member of the Lions organization, graduate of the FBI Indianapolis and currently serves on the Cross Roads of America board of directors for International Council on Systems Engineers. He is the father of one son and in his free time enjoys, boating, fishing and golfing.

20+ years medical device, diagnostic, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical executive working for both Fortune 100 and privately held family-owned firms. Experience in 15+ therapeutic areas. Cliff has a wife (19+ years) and three teenage sons. He is an active member of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church (prayer-line, prison, and youth tee-ball ministries). Hobbies: Calligraphy, racquetball, reading and travel. Currently resides in Fishers, IN.

Andre Givens

Immediate Past President

Andre Givens is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Upon completion of his Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems at Indiana State University, Andre decided to relocate to Indianapolis, IN in 2003, to pursue career opportunities and earn his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis, IN. As a community leader, his personal philosophy is to cultivate the next generation of leaders through professional and personal development mentoring. His most significant community leadership responsibility has been serving as Chairman of the Dollars & $ense Financial Literacy Investment Program for the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis for the past seven years. Currently, Andre proudly serves as the President & CEO of the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, Inc. He is a past graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership XLIII and the FBI Citizens Academy-Indianapolis.

Joseph D. Eldridge

Bio

Joseph Eldridge is the Director of Operations for the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis. In this capacity Joseph is responsible for the day to day operations of the organization, works with corporations, schools, non-profits, private citizens and governmental agencies to promote the value of organization’s core mission of: men giving real time to positively impact the development and outcomes of youth in our communities. He is active in recruitment of both members and volunteers to the organization, social media and works with the many program and committee chairperson in many aspects of program services.
